External and Media Relations Council
The UF/IFAS External and Media Relations Council was created to provide professional support for UF/IFAS staff members throughout Florida whose jobs involve public relations and/or working with the media. Council members are encouraged to consult with each other regularly, and they meet twice each year at various locations. Membership is open to anyone who feels that a support group of this type would enhance their job performance, whether they are located in departments, research and education centers, or extension offices. Please contact us if you would like to join the council or if you have a staff member whom you feel would benefit from involvement.
